2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major debit/credit cards via secure payment providers.
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled unless agreed in writing.

3. Delivery & Collection

Local delivery is available within selected areas and subject to delivery charges.
Collection times must be respected; we cannot guarantee product quality if not collected within agreed windows.

4. Allergies & Ingredients

Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order. Although we take care to avoid cross-contamination, all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.
